At RAMI SILKS, all your orders are delivered only via postal services (for example, India Post Speed Post or Registered Post) with a valid tracking number. We do not use private couriers or alternative carriers unless communicated separately. This is to ensure reliable and affordable delivery across India.

Delivery Time

  • Domestic (within India): 3–10 business days.
  • International: 10–30 business days (depending on destination country).

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, holidays, or unforeseen disruptions.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A tracking number.

Tracking availability and updates depend on the postal service.

Shipping Delays & Exceptions

During festivals, holidays, or peak season, delivery may take longer than usual. Weather conditions or postal network disruptions can also cause delays.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service beyond the dispatch date.

If your order is significantly delayed, you can:

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please email us with your order number and tracking ID. We will assist you in tracing it with the postal service.

In the rare case your item arrives damaged, please send video of the package and the damaged product within 12 hours of delivery so we can review your case for a possible replacement.
