Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from RAMI SILKS. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to digital photography and camera settings, slight variations in color or shade may occur. Many of our products are handcrafted; minor irregularities in weaving or motifs are not defects but a hallmark of authentic handloom silk.

All prices are in INR and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without prior notice, but the price charged will be the price at the time you place your order.

Order Acceptance & Payment

An order is considered confirmed only after the payment is successfully cleared in our accounts. Once the payment is cleared, we require 1 to 2 working days to quality-check and package your saree for dispatch.

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Shipping & Delivery

To ensure wide reach and reliability, all shipments from RAMI SILKS are handled via Postal Services (India Post/Registered Speed Post). Once dispatched, a tracking number will be shared with you via your registered mobile number or email.

Delivery times depend on the postal service and destination area. While we aim for timely delivery, delays can occur due to postal service limitations. You may receive a tracking number if available.

Return, Exchange & Cancellation

To maintain hygiene and quality standards, no returns are accepted, no cancellations are allowed once payment is cleared, and no exchanges can be requested.

In the extremely rare event of a manufacturing defect, a request will only be considered if an uninterrupted parcel opening video (from start to finish, showing the label clearly) is provided within 24 hours of delivery. Please choose carefully before placing an order.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing your order, including your name, address, phone number, and email. You also agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website and our Instagram page, including images, videos, and descriptions, is the property of RAMI SILKS. Unauthorized use of our media for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

We collect only the necessary information (such as your name, address, and contact details) to process your order. Your payment details are processed through secure encrypted gateways, and RAMI SILKS does not store your credit or debit card information.
